Description: The work involves the Design / Build of the Patient Support Center for A Blood Draw Clinic located within the facilities of the Veterans Administration Center in West Palm Beach, Fl. Design included but is not limited to eight (8) Blood Draw bays partioned off form each other, an entrance to the clinic with autmatic doors and a strecher entry that will comply wit ADA requirements, centralized reception check-in , waitng area with 27 seats, Register Nurse office, open work area for staff, staff training/break room, staff/exam restrooms and public restrooms (ADA compliant), water fountains and bio-hazard storage. Each Blood draw station will be complete with chair, counters, sinks, undercounter refrigerator and other amenties. The waiting areas will provide comfortable seating, tables, and a flat screen television for patients/visitors whole waiting. Vinyl, carpet and tile flooring will be installed in areas to best meet the need service needs of the facility. All plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, fire extinquisher and electrcial hospital requierements will be complied with. Energy efficiency as well as providing a high standards of aesthics features will be included in this Design / Build.
