Description: IMR Development has partnered with Skanska USA Building Inc., an international contracting firm to provide services at the new City of Miami Gardens City Hall Municipal Complex, in Miami Gardens, Florida, which will house chambers for the City Council, a pedestrian walkway, mechanical building and parking garage, and Police facility. IMR is providing Quality Control / Quality Assurance, Security for the worksite and Gate Keeper services. Additionally, Waste Mananegment / Waste Diversion will be performed for a 13-month period.
