Description: IMR Development Corp was contracted by Miami VA Healthcare System to install 3 ADA header/operators to include slim readers, push plate and electric strike magnetic locking systems. The electrical system had to be upgraded to accommodate this additional service. The electrical service was pulled from the main feed pannel to the new area to allow the installation of a new outlet and a power cut off switch. Lock-out Tagout was established and no circuts were worked on live. This project also included any neccesary patching and painting to match existing areas. All of the above items were done as per specifications, on time and within budget.
