Description: IMR Development has partnered with Skanska USA Building Inc., an international contracting firm to provide Construction Management,Quality Control and Inspections services at the new Stempel College of Public Health located at Florida International University's Modesto Maidique Campus in Miami. IMR to date, has Supervised the build of a 10’x60’ wood platform deck between the two rows of office trailers in compliance with uplift requirements and ADA guidelines. Domestic and sanitary plumbing was provided for the office trailers. A 10’x10’ canopy that’s readily available for dismantling in the event of strong winds was provided for protection from the elements. As an architectural assistance, IMR is in the process of providing a 17’ high visual “mock-up” detail for the window elevations. Other services such as providing approximately sixty (60) railroad ties, jobsite information areas, and a kitchen installation are pending and will be provided as the project progresses.
