Description: IMR Development Corp provided Construction Management and Supervision, Quality Control and Inspections; for the removal of three electric rollup windows, stripped all wallpaper, removed glue, and primed and painted walls; installed new framework and drywall in the window openings, and repaired hard drywall soffits after window removal. IMR Supervised the build of a new reception room which included three rollup service windows for security, energy efficient lighting fixtures, four built-in work stations with data and communication feeds and outlets; install of a new service counter and air supply and return for the new space. IMR also Managed the rework of the fire sprinkler system to meet NFPA requirements All of the above items were done as per specifications, on time and within budget.
